Terraformed Moon

We all know what Mars would look like if it was filled with water. But what about the Moon ? What if our natural satellite has the right conditions to have water on its surface.
Would it be a second blue marble like its parent planet ? Or something else ?

The near side would be mostly covered by a vast ocean. The landmasses would be low altitude regions covered with forests. Variation would be added by a few mountain ranges here and there.

The dark side, well, it's a different story. Water would be found only at the south with a large basin and in some lakes. The rest of the surface would be, for the most part, high altitude terrain (up to 10 kilometers) with a cold, arid and dry climate.
